After living in the U.S. for almost 14 years, Angela Masajo never questioned if she belonged here. But in 2019, her Philippine passport was going to expire, prompting her to decide whether or not to go through the naturalization process.
As an undergraduate at Marquette, Masajo studied Speech Pathology and Audiology, and Public Relations. She is currently in the Speech-Language Pathology master’s program.
With support from friends, family and social media, Masajo decided to make her residency official. Read more about her journey to becoming a U.S. citizen.
