Sign up for MARQetplace training and reminder of important dates/deadlines

As a reminder, all licensed users of our procure to pay system, MARQetplace should register for training as soon as possible. It is preferred that training be completed prior to Feb. 11, when the system will go live.

Stay up to date on MARQetplace information by visiting the project site.

 ACTIVITY DATE
Last day to enter PO in MyJob Friday, Jan. 25
MyJob PO creation disabled; call Purchasing for urgent needs Monday, Jan.28
Last day AP will route invoices for approval via MyJob Thursday, Jan. 31
Final close MyJob POs if no receipt or invoice outstanding Friday, Feb.8
MARQetplace LIVE! Re-enter POs from MyJob, create requisitions,
submit non-PO invoices for approval
Monday, Feb. 11
Last day paper DIV/speaker forms accepted; AP will enter in MARQetplace Friday, Feb. 15
Last day to receive on MyJob POs for invoices on quantity hold Thursday, Feb. 28
Last day for AP to enter invoices on open MyJob POs Thursday, Feb. 28
MyJob PO-receiving functionality is disabled Friday, March 1

Training dates and materials
Learn how to search for suppliers, “punch out” to preferred suppliers, request goods and services, approve transactions, process payment requests and manage your work on MARQetplace, Marquette’s new purchase to pay application. Training is 1.5 hours including time for questions.

HOW: Sign up for training via Eventbrite and use the password MARQetplace

WHEN: Various times between Jan. 28-Feb. 14, 2019. Select a convenient day and time.

WHERE: Sessions will be held at the AMU, Zilber Hall and The Raynor Memorial Libraries. See location by day on Eventbrite.

Hands-on sessions will be announced at the training and registration will be required. Additional in-person consult will be available through Feb. 20, TBA.
