The Ott Memorial Writing Center will host a series of conversations on how faculty can strategically utilize writing assignments in class.
Meetings will take place on the third Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m. in Raynor Memorial Library 330B on the following dates:
- Jan. 16
- Feb. 20
- March 20

In January, the session will focus on how students perceive assigned writing in the course syllabus. In February, Rebecca Nowacek and her undergraduate research team will talk about their work on the “Meaningful Writing Project” at Marquette. Submit topic ideas for March and April online.
Conversations will be focused but informal; refreshments will be served. RSVP to Jenn Fishman for more information.
