Review 2019 benefit elections, new ID cards and FSA/HSA debit cards

December 18, 2018

Now that the annual enrollment period for 2019 has closed, you can visit www.marquette.bswift.com to review your 2019 benefit elections.

  • User ID: You will use your nine-digit MU ID number.
  • Password: If you have never logged in, you will use the last four digits of your SS#. Otherwise, it will be the password you changed it to on your initial login.

Be sure to change the benefits effective date to  Jan. 1, 2019.

If you elected one of the medical plans, you will be receiving new ID cards at the end of December. If you enrolled in the HSA or FSA, you will also receive your welcome packet from DirectPath, Marquette’s new administrator, at the end of December.

Please visit the benefits website for additional information.

Discovery Benefits – Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA)
Discovery Benefits is the university’s new FSA and HSA Administrator. They have sent new FSA and HSA debit cards to employees who have enrolled in this benefit for 2019. You will also receive your welcome packet at the end of December. If you did not receive a debit card or need an extra card, please contact Discovery Benefits at (866) 451-3399 or create and log in to your account at DiscoveryBenefits.com.

UMR – Medical Plan
UMR will mail new ID cards to employees who enrolled in the medical plan regardless of whether they changed their plan for 2019. Employees should receive their new ID cards by Jan. 1. You can order an additional card by contacting UMR at (800) 826-9781 or creating an account on umr.com. Once the account is created, print a copy of your ID card. The UMR card is for both medical and prescription drug coverage.

DELTA DENTAL – Dental Plan
Delta Dental mailed new ID cards only to employees who made changes to their dental coverage for the 2019 plan year. Employees should receive their new cards by Jan. 1. You may order an additional card by contacting Delta Dental at (800) 236-3713 or online at deltadentalwi.com. ID cards will not list the names of the covered dependents.

VSP – Vision Plan
VSP does not issue ID cards. Your VSP in-network provider will need the last four digits of the employee’s Social Security number and date of birth to verify your coverage. If you have any questions, please contact VSP at (800) 877-7195.

If you do not receive new cards, please double check and update your address on MyJob if necessary.
