Marquette Momentum: Johnston Hall, reimagined

December 10, 2018

Made possible through a generous gift from the Bernice Shanke Greiveldinger Trust, Johnston Hall’s second floor was recently renovated to create an enhanced work space for student media.

From a green-screen room with state-of-the-art virtual sets to a sleek video-audio control room and two new radio studios, Marquette’s oldest building is now home to some of the country’s most cutting-edge technology. These additions to the building have made possible better integration among student media and provided students with hands-on opportunities to explore emerging technologies.

Read more about how building renovations to Johnston Hall have helped elevate academic opportunities for students in the Diederich College of Communication.
