The Lunda Room and Innovation Kitchen will host a special vegan and vegetarian lunch buffet on Wednesday, Nov. 7, from noon to 1 p.m.
Dining Services’ culinary team and dietitian will explore the advantages and challenges of limiting or removing animal-based protein and the nutrition modifications needed for a vegan or vegetarian diet.
The Marquette community is invited to try the buffet for $12.50 per person; there will be a “buy one get one” special being offered during this special demonstration.
