Marquette Dining Services will host “Taste of Europe” on Monday, Oct. 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the AMU lobby.
“Taste of Europe” is a food sampling event and is part of the national training program for Global Chefs. Sodexo’s Global Chefs program welcomes four talented chefs to campus from different parts of Europe who will train Marquette’s chefs and prepare their favorite dishes for the campus community to try.
This year’s Global Chefs include:
- Pavel Kyzr (Czech Republic)
- Thierry Lemaître (France)
- Kyle Munt (England)
- Zygmunt Skrzypiec (Poland)
Attend this free event to learn more about each country while trying various international flavors. Guests will also be invited to meet the chefs.
