Registration is now available for the upcoming Faber Center events:
- Ignatian Book Discussion will take place on Tuesdays, Sept. 11 and 25; Oct. 9 and 23; and Nov. 6, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Faber Center. The discussion will cover Pope Francis’ latest writing, “Gaudete et Exsultate” (Rejoice and be Glad) and will be facilitated by Sr. Anne Arabome, SSS, Ph.D., and Michael Dante. Books and lunch will be provided. To attend, register by emailing Julie Bach before Sunday, Sept. 9.
- Audacity of Grace: How to Keep Spirituality Fit will take place once a month on Wednesday, Sept. 12; Thursday, Oct. 11; Wednesday, Nov. 7; and Wednesday, Dec. 5, from noon to 1 p.m. in AMU 163. Each month will explore an aspect of the Spiritual Exercises. Lunch will be provided. To attend, register by emailing Bach or by calling (414) 288-4545 before Friday, Sept. 7.
- Created in God’s Image: LGBTQ Community Lunch and Reflection will take place on Thursday, Sept. 13; Friday, Oct. 12; and Wednesday, Nov. 28, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Faber Center. The lunch-hour reflection will include a thoughtful conversation about the diversity and gifts of the LGBTQ community and will be facilitated by Sr. Arabome and Rev. John Schwantes, S.J. A light lunch will be served. To attend, register two days in advance of each session by emailing Bach.
