Join Marquette Dining Services in the Innovation Kitchen on Wednesday, Oct. 3, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., as Marquette Place Pit Master and Executive Chef Jason Alston shares his passion for his own style of barbecue. Recently featured in Edible Milwaukee, Alston is at the forefront of Milwaukee barbecue with his style and techniques. This event will give audience members the chance to meet Alston, learn barbecue techniques and enjoy some delicious smoky goodness. The event is $25 and includes a full menu with drinks available for purchase. Tickets must be purchased online.
