Marquette received confirmation from the Higher Learning Commission that the university successfully completed its Year 4 Assurance Review. All criteria were deemed to have been “met” by commission reviewers, reflecting strengths across all core areas.
Provost Dan Myers pointed out, “that rating across all criteria equates to the best possible score. It is unusual to get a perfect report from a university level accreditation process.”
Dr. Gary Meyer, senior vice provost for faculty affairs, led the university team responsible for this effort. “The excellent outcome would not have been possible without the tremendous work of the team along with so many others across the university who contributed to the final report,” he said. “Of course, the report simply reflects the excellent work that is done day in and day out by the faculty and staff of this great university.”
