Marquette Army ROTC on Friday, Sept. 14, from approximately 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. will be conducting training exercises in Central Mall and the south Lalumiere/Helfaer lawns. The training includes the use of blue “dummy” rifles, which are composed of 100 percent rubber and present no weaponized capabilities — they serve only as a practical and tactile memory and training aid.
