The 62nd Annual Association for College and University Biology Educators meeting will be held Friday, Oct. 19 and Saturday, Oct. 20. This meeting gathers biology educators from colleges and universities across the country for a highly dynamic and interactive conference.
In line with ACUBE’s mission, educators come together to incubate new and innovative teaching ideas, to discuss strategies to involve student research in the biology curriculum, to improve advising and mentoring skills, to become informed about and contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning, and to develop and recognize excellence in teaching biology. Participants present from the whole spectrum of subdisciplines within biology.
Attendees interested in presenting their work at ACUBE should submit their abstract by Aug. 20. Abstracts received after the deadline may still be considered if there is room in the meeting schedule.
To register and submit abstracts, go online. More information about the meeting and presenting can be found on the ACUBE website.
