Professor Stephen Wasby, professor emeritus of political science at the State University of New York at Albany, will lead a “Trump and the Law” discussion on Monday, April 9, at 6 p.m. in the Raynor Library’s Beaumier Suites BC. His talk will consider President Trump’s approach to, and entanglements with, the law, with particular attention to the travel ban litigation and attempts to roll back President Obama’s policy legacy. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
Wasby is an expert on the U.S. federal court and has published numerous articles/books on the Supreme Court and judicial administration.
