The Marquette Autism Consortium, in partnership with the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin and the Autistic Self Advocacy Network, will host a non-denominational, candlelight vigil on Thursday, March 1, in the AMU Chapel of the Holy Family at 7:30 p.m.
March 1 is a nationwide Day of Mourning to honor the memory of people with disabilities who were killed by their caregivers over the past year. We will remember those whose lives were lost, and remind the world that their lives had value. The Marquette and local community are welcome.
