The Educational Opportunity Program will host an open house on Friday, Feb. 23, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Coughlin Hall 357 A.
Drinks, light snacks and student-led tours of EOP facilities in Coughlin Hall will be provided from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Opening remarks by Dr. Eric Williams, followed by a screening of “Answer the Call,” a short documentary about the history of EOP at Marquette, will take place at 2:30 p.m.
The event will commemorate the 31st anniversary of National TRIO Day and help raise awareness about the importance of educational opportunity for low-income, first-generation students across the United States.
