The Humanities Research Colloquium will host its first speaker of the semester on Wednesday, Jan. 31, from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. in Marquette Hall 105. Brian Rindfleisch, assistant professor of history, will present a paper titled “My Land is My Flesh: Silver Bluff, the Creek Indians, and the Transformation of Colonized Space in Early America, 1700-1800.” Light refreshments will be provided.
