Rev. John Thiede, S.J, assistant professor of theology, will present “Remembering the Martyrs of the University of Central America: Values for Marquette University Today,” on Thursday, Nov. 16, at 2 p.m. in AMU 163. In addition, there will be a self-guided commemoration explaining what led up to the tragic event on Nov. 16, 1989, in the Stuessi Garden behind the Jesuit Residence from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
