HRA biometric screenings end Nov. 18

November 9, 2017

On-campus biometric screenings as part of the Health Risk Assessment are still available to all employees and spouses through Saturday, Nov. 18. Spouses currently enrolled or planning to enroll for 2018 medical coverage must complete this process in addition to the employee to secure the 2018 incentive.

To make an appointment for your biometric screening or to complete the HRA online questionnaire, please click on the links through the MU Benefits Website, how to complete the HRA process. For the most accurate results, individuals are encouraged to fast for 12 hours prior to their appointment. It is not necessary, but individuals should inform the screener ahead of time if they were unable to fast. All normal medication should still be taken. Please make every effort to meet your scheduled appointment as slots are limited with many people still needing to complete this step.

Employees and spouses (if applicable) must also complete the online HRA questionnaire by Wednesday, Nov. 22, using the results from the biometric screening. All forms and guides you need to complete this process can be found online.
