2018 annual benefit enrollment period ends tomorrow

November 9, 2017

Marquette’s benefits annual enrollment ends Friday, Nov. 10. The annual enrollment process is completed through the MyJob portal. With the exception of the Flexible Spending Account and MetLaw elections, all other current elections you have will roll over into 2018 if no changes are made. If you would like to confirm or change anything about your benefit coverage in 2018, you will need to log in to MyJob and select “MU Benefits Annual Enrollment.”

Marquette strongly encourages employees to review their elections, as there are changes in pharmacy coverage, health insurance premiums, and out of pocket maximums for 2018.

The Health Risk Assessment process will continue through Saturday, Nov. 18. For employees who have a spouse covered by Marquette’s medical plan, the employee and the spouse must complete both parts of the HRA process in order for the employee to receive the 2018 incentive. If only one of the two complete the required steps, then the employee will not be eligible for any incentive.

There are two parts of the HRA process:

  • Step 1 is a biometric screening. If you already made an appointment and need to cancel, please call Aurora at (877) 765-3213, option 1, as soon as possible so they can re-open the slot for someone else. Results are best if you have fasted for twelve hours but not required.  Please tell the nurse ahead of time if you were unable to fast.  All medication should still be taken.
  • Step 2 is an online health assessment which is available until Wednesday, Nov. 22.

All forms and guides needed to complete this process can be found through this link.
