2018 annual benefit enrollment period ends Nov. 10

November 2, 2017

Marquette’s benefits annual enrollment ends Friday, Nov. 10. The annual enrollment process is completed through the MyJob portal. With the exception of the Flexible Spending Account and MetLaw elections, all other current elections you have will roll over into 2018 if no changes are made. If you would like to confirm or change anything about your benefit coverage in 2018, you will need to Log in to MyJob and select “MU Benefits Annual Enrollment.”

Marquette strongly encourages employees to review their elections, as there are changes in pharmacy coverage, health insurance premiums, and out of pocket maximums for 2018.

The biggest change for 2018 is the transition of our pharmacy benefits administrator from Express Scripts to Navitus Health Solutions.

The link for the pre-member Navitus site will be available Friday, Nov. 3. This site will include links to access formulary information for Marquette University’s available plans. There is a Pharmacy Search tool, which can help you find pharmacies within a specific area. There is also a Drug Cost Preview tool. You can use this tool to check drug prices at pharmacies of your choice.

Navi-Gate for Members portal will be available on Jan. 1, 2018. This site will allow you to log in and will include specific plan information based on your enrollment as well as a more robust Cost Compare tool feature that will let you search for the lowest cost pharmacies to fill your medication(s) with a single search. Please check for future news briefs and the Benefits Website for more information on this link.

Other Annual Enrollment Action Steps:

  • Those who wish to continue or begin participating in the voluntary Group Legal (MetLaw) benefit must enroll each year during annual enrollment using a paper form included in your home materials or by clicking on this link.
  • Participate in the Health Risk Assessment process to receive the MU incentive for calendar year 2018. Spouses currently enrolled or planning to enroll for 2018 medical coverage, must complete this process in addition to the employee. To make an appointment for your biometric screening or to complete the  online health assessment please click on the link through the MU Benefits Website, how to complete the HRA process. Help guides for completing the online process for employees and spouses can be found on this page.

One final Employee Benefit Assistant Day is scheduled for next week. The Benefits Team will be available to help you better understand your 2018 benefit choice on a first come, first serve basis.
