Marquette Forum will host a panel discussion called “Poverty Make Us Sick: How Milwaukee is Addressing an Epidemic of Trauma,” on Wednesday, Nov. 8, at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Clark Hall 111.
Several panelists will discuss issues of poverty and trauma-induced stress that can cause a range of physical and mental illnesses. The panel will discuss how Milwaukee is addressing these issues in efforts to strengthen the broader community. More information can be found online.
