All are welcome to join in a prayer gathering on Thursday, Oct. 5, at 9:30 p.m. in the Joan of Arc Chapel.
The gathering will be in remembrance of the courageous and faithful journalist,
Marquette alumnus James Foley, who was captured in 2012 and violently killed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levantin in Syria on Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014.
The Marquette community is encouraged to attend, but in the case that community members of non-Catholic traditions prefer to pray in sacred spaces throughout campus or amidst your daily routines, we invite you to do so.
