2018 Health Risk Assessment requirements

October 12, 2017

Requirements for the Marquette 2018 HRA Incentive are now available. Marquette University’s open enrollment period for the 2018 benefit elections will run from Monday, Oct. 23, through Friday, Nov. 10.

For employees who have a spouse covered by one of Marquette’s medical plans, both the employee and the spouse must complete both parts of the Health Risk Assessment process in order to receive the HRA Incentive for 2018. If only one of the two complete the required steps, then the employee will not be eligible for the incentive.

There are two parts to the HRA process. The first step is for the employee and their covered spouse to complete a biometric screening free of charge at a Marquette sponsored Aurora offering. Online scheduling is available for the free biometric screenings. Click on the link or call (877) 765-3213, option 1. Biometric screenings may be completed at a primary care provider utilizing the Primary Provider Form, or by completing a comparable biometric screening at the spouse’s employer-sponsored HRA screening. Biometric screenings for employees and their spouse must be completed between Sunday, July 1, and Sunday, Nov. 18.

The second step of the HRA process is to complete an online health assessment using your biometric screening results.  Marquette launched a new interactive, personalized wellness portal on Oct. 1. Visit marquettewellness.preventure.com to complete the Health Assessment and engage in wellness resources.

Steve McCauley, director of employee benefits, will host a number of health care benefit informational sessions in late October and early November, in addition to offering one-on-one consultations during Benefits Assistance Days. Watch for the Benefits newsletter, news briefs and the Benefits website for more information.

Dates for on-campus screenings are available now available online.
