Registration remains open for the following Faber Center fall offerings:
- Caregivers Group, on Friday, Sept. 22, from noon to 1 p.m. in Schroeder Complex 111. Whether you are caring for an aging parent, a child with special needs or other loved one, it is important to take care of yourself, both physically and spiritually. Join other colleagues for conversation on the many aspects and challenges that caregivers encounter. The event will be facilitated by Rev. John Schwantes, S.J. - Shared Inquiry: The Art of Listening, on Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. in Schroeder Complex 111. This program is a wonderful way to explore the depth of a story. Join Dr. John Pustejovsky, associate professor of German, and Dr. Michael Dante, director of the Faber Center, in this journey to deepen the ability to notice, be present and really listen. Several short stories will be read and discussed, and snacks will be served.
