Marquette University’s collaborative research space on the sixth floor of the Global Water Center was opened in January 2016 and since then has been the site of research collaborations between Marquette and other area institutions and water related businesses that involve faculty, students, alums, and staff. Projects are from a wide variety of disciplines including engineering, biological sciences, chemistry, education, law, and the Haggerty Museum of Art.
Faculty, students and staff are invited to the fourth Pop-Up Café on Thursday, Sept. 28, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Global Water Center, 247 W. Freshwater Way, Suite 610.
At this informal gathering, you will have the opportunity to meet people who work in the Global Water Center as well as other members of the Research and Innovation team. You’ll also have an opportunity to see the shared conference room space that is available for Marquette employees to reserve while networking over refreshments.
Did you know… The broad scope of research at Marquette University offers great opportunities for faculty, staff and students to contribute to our strategic plan themes of “Academic Excellence for Human Well-Being” and “Research in Action.”
