Project Night Night volunteers have packed more than 4,000 totes for homeless children in the Milwaukee area. Recently, 150 totes have been delivered to Joy House, Meta House, Cathedral Center, Hope House and Casa Maria.
Project Night Night is collecting the following items for a new delivery of totes:
- Blankets/afghans – must be new or almost new for sanitary purposes
- New or gently used stuffed animals to fit in an 18” tote – no beanie babies or extremely large sizes
- Fleece material or yarn to make blankets
- Books
The item needed the most is blankets.
Items can be dropped off at Lalumiere Hall 340, Marquette Central (front desk area at Financial Aid), Sensenbrenner Hall 103, Rec Center (main office) or Comptroller’s Room 175.
