Ignite will host “Story Time with the Jesuits: JesuLit,” an evening of story time with the Jesuits on Wednesday, April 19. The event is an opportunity for participants to connect with phenomenal Marquette leaders and experience the energy, wisdom, and joy behind this incredibly successful community. The event is open to all students and will feature the following:
- Rev. Robert Wild, S.J., chancellor, Marquette University
- Rev. John Thiede, S.J., assistant professor of theology
- Rev. Jeff LaBelle, S.J., rector of the Jesuit Community and assistant professor of education
- Rev. Joe Mueller, S.J., associate professor of theology
Ignite will also host “The Power of Prayer in Everyday Life” with President Lovell on Wednesday, April 26. Students are invited to come, connect with the president and discover how prayer day to day can make a major impact on your life and in who you are becoming.
Both events are part of the Ignite series which take place every Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Chapel of the Holy Family and offers students the opportunity to participate in an inspiring experience of college community, Catholic faith and worship.
