Mark Caballero, teaching laboratory coordinator for the Program in Exercise Science in the College of Health Sciences, associate director of Human Performance Assessment Core and USAT coach; along with HPAC, will host Marquette’s first indoor triathlon on Saturday, April 1. The triathlon will begin in the Helfaer Recreation Center at 7:30 a.m. with additional waves starting every 40 minutes.
The event is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event and will include a 400-yard swim, 10-mile bike ride, and three mile run.
The triathlon is open to all Marquette faculty, staff, students, and the community. Teams are allowed and encouraged.
Participants must be USAT one day or annual members to register. Registration is available online. More information is available on the event Facebook page.
