Miguel Ballicora, associate professor and assistant chair of the department of chemistry and biochemistry at Loyola University, will present “Evolution of the Allosteric Regulation of Glycogen Synthesis in Bacteria and Starch Synthesis in Plants,” on Friday, Feb. 17, at 3 p.m.
The presentation is part of the Scholl Seminar Series, which is put on throughout the semester by the Department of Biological Sciences. The seminars are held on Friday afternoons in Wehr Life Sciences 111. Prior to each seminar, refreshments will be served in Wehr Life Sciences 108.
