The Office of Faculty Affairs has released the names of faculty selected to take part in the Faculty Leadership Development Program for 2017-18.
The program focuses on the unique role of leaders within the higher education landscape, theories of leadership, leadership characteristics, and mastery across four key levels: personal, interpersonal, groups and systems.
“I was extremely impressed with the high quality of applicants in this first pool,” said Dr. Gary Meyer, senior vice provost for faculty affairs. Meyer, along with co-facilitators Dr. David Buckholdt, professor emeritus, and Rev. Kent Beausoleil, S.J., special assistant in the Office of the Provost, are looking forward to working with this excellent group of faculty over the course of the 2017-18 academic year.
