Dr. Amy Van Hecke, associate professor of psychology, is recruiting participants for a research study that investigates the brain. Volunteers should be 12 to 16 years old and in good health. One research session will take place at Marquette, followed by three sessions that will be held at Froedtert Hospital. Sessions will take about five hours total.
Participants will complete questionnaires, behavioral testing and participate in a noninvasive MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan, which is a non-harmful way to measure the brain.
Free parking is available, and adolescents will be compensated with $15 gift cards per hour, for a total of at least $75 for full participation. For more information, contact Van Hecke.
