Faculty can submit the online form to request classroom space from the Office of the Registrar for spring 2017 course review sessions and final exams from now until Friday, May 5.
Classroom space for general ad hoc meetings and events (non-academic class course space needs) is reserved by AMU Event Management. To request classroom space for your ad hoc meeting or event please complete the Classroom Reservation Request Form.
To request a change to an existing ad hoc space reservation, please contact Event Management at (414) 288-7202 or email email@example.com. Faculty who want to make changes to classrooms reserved for their sections should continue to use the SOC Change Request form.
Only ADA-compliance classroom change requests or in cases where the enrollment of a section exceeds the physical capacity of the classroom assigned can be accommodated.
Before reserving a separate classroom for student testing accommodations, faculty should contact the testing coordinator in the Office of Disability Services. This office now arranges space and a proctor for students who qualify for testing accommodations (i.e., private room, extra time, text-to-speech software, etc.). Reservations can be made throughout the term, without the need to schedule through the Office of the Registrar or Event Management.
