Faber Center launches spiritual wellness series

January 23, 2017

The Faber Center for Ignatian Spirituality will host a four-week spiritual wellness series titled “Embracing Self and Renewing Hope” every Tuesday beginning Tuesday, Feb. 14,  to Tuesday, March 7, from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m. in AMU 157.

This four-week series will combine gentle movements with song, story, and poetry to rediscover your bodies as a profound and privileged locus where heaven and earth come together.

Themes for weekly reflection and movement will be drawn from the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Each week will have a different focus.

  • Week 1: Creation
  • Week 2: Love
  • Week 3: Suffering
  • Week 4: Hope
