The Academic Integrity council will host Dr. Tricia Bertram Gallant for a series of events on Monday, Feb. 20, including a teaching workshop and a public lecture.
“Creating the Ethical Classroom: Improving Teaching & Learning,” a workshop for faculty, will be held Monday, Feb. 20, at 10 a.m. in Raynor 330B. Faculty can register online. “Academic Integrity in the Twenty-First Century,” a public lecture, will be held Monday, Feb. 20, at 3 p.m. in the AMU Monaghan Ballrooms. The public lecture is open the Marquette community.
Gallant is the academic integrity office director at University of California – San Diego, and is an internationally known expert on integrity and ethics in education. She has authored or edited numerous publications and has consulted with high schools, colleges and universities. Gallant has spoken at numerous conferences around the U.S. and around the world.
