The Lunda Room in the Alumni Memorial Union now features Innovation Kitchen, an engaging and unique culinary space for students, faculty and staff to learn cooking techniques from a professional chef. During the hands-on classes, the chef guides the class step-by-step through a recipe(s). The three television screens above the chef’s station provide a bird’s-eye view of each step.
