Engagement survey to be sent to all faculty and staff

May 1, 2017

Human Resources will send a survey in early May to all faculty and staff. The survey intends to determine how to best support the strategic plan, gain a better understanding of employee morale, job satisfaction, and the strength of university-wide processes and procedures.

The survey results will be used to:

  • Identify barriers to collaboration
  • Inform the enhancement of our training and development programs
  • Learn how our policies and procedures can be made more effective and efficient
  • Identify problems that demotivate people, compromise job satisfaction or diminish performance

Responses will be anonymous and no identifiable information will be accessible or available to other employees. No individual responses will be traced, so please be honest with your answers. Results will be shared with the entire organization.

The goal is to receive 100-percent participation in order to ensure that each voice is heard.
