The Department of Recreational Sports will be offering a “Fit for Finals” program from Monday, May 8, through Friday, May 12 to help reduce the stress of finals. The free group classes are as follows:
Zumba at 4 p.m. on Monday, May 8
Yoga Sculpt at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 8
Total Body HIIT at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 8
Spin at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Monday, May 8
Spin at 10 a.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9
Total Body HIIT at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10
Pilates at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10
Spin at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10
Yoga at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 11
Pilates at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 11
Yoga Sculpt at noon on Friday, May 12
